1. Order Processing All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. We will notify you via email if there is a significant delay.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout. Estimated delivery times:
- Standard Shipping (Domestic): 5–7 business days
- Express Shipping (Domestic): 2–3 business days
3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking You will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has shipped. Tracking information becomes active within 24 hours.
4. Customs, Duties & Taxes shilpabags.com is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.
5. Damages If you received your order damaged, please contact us immediately with your order number and a photo of the item's condition. We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
6. Lost or Missing Packages If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package, please check with neighbors and your local post office first. If still unresolved, contact us within 7 days of the delivery date.
7. Returns Due to Failed Delivery If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer or failed delivery attempts, the customer will be responsible for re-shipping costs.
